*Interior coverage may be limited by allocated shoot duration. Some interior areas take longer than others to shoot. Maximum coverage is achieved when areas are clean, staged, and shoot-ready upon arrival.
**All packages include a standard license per the Aetheos Real Estate Digital Asset Licensing Agreement (available at www.hamptonshouse.net/license-agreement). An additional license (sublicensing rights) can be purchased by the Client for a fee of 50% of the original package amount, unless otherwise specified in the original package.
***All aerial drone photography is contingent upon safe flying conditions, which are influenced by weather, wind speed, local obstructions (such as dense tree cover), and strict adherence to FAA regulations, including altitude restrictions in areas near airports.
